So pleased we came across this cafe whilst ambling around Wynwood Walls & district. Thank you once again to TripAdvisor & all its reviewers, who helped us chose this place. Sometimes I wish that TA scoring was more extensive, so that I could give this cafe a 10 out of 10.

Lively eatery with great treats. The coffee and the staff need a little work but the lemon ricotta pancake and the french toast with guava made up for it. All in all not a bad place, will definitely be back again!

Was working in Hialeah. I stopped to make some calls on this street. I never know my way around Hialeah. I see Mediterranean Cafe. I'm thinking of Mediterranean food. Saw menu. It was sandwiches, wraps, and veggies pizzas. I wasn't in the mood for that. So I ordered the grilled salmon. Wow. Its healthy, cuban food. The Black beans were excellent. Salmon good. Salad fresh. Very clean. I definitely will eat here again. With tip, it was $14.

Healthy eating, the owner Tamara, and her employees go out of there way to please the customers. Clean, calm friendly atmosphere. They serve quinoa, rice, vegetables, salmon, meat, and chicken dishes. They serve sandwich wraps, salads, natural fruit, and vegetable drinks. Plus much more goodies. For a pleasant experience enjoy, Mediterranean Cafecito.
